Cut crop with a dropped shoulder, so it sits wide without swallowing you. The hood is lined and holds its shape. Heavy brushed fleece inside, the same weight you already know from the sweatpant.
The zip runs both ways. Pull it from the bottom and the shape changes with you. Zipped to the neck it reads clean. Open it and it becomes a layer.
Wear it over anything. Wear it with the NE Sweatpant and the set is done.
